The laboratory is interested in imaging microscopic techniques that allow the visualization of dynamic cellular processes, including those involved in plasticity. We focus on the application of digital holographic microscopy (DHM) combined with fluorescence microscopy and other coherent imaging approaches. DHM allows observing non-invasively and in real time the 3D cellular dynamics with an axial resolution of a few tens of nanometers.
